Key Responsibilities:
- Lead The Barbary Notting Hill wine programme
- Train and inspire the front of house & bar team on exceptional wine service
- Curate a wine list featuring modern day classic producers from around the world
- Collaborate on the development of the wine programme across Studio Paskin venues
Requirements:
- Highly trained with a strong understanding of wine classics
- Excellent knowledge of the London wine scene and industry trends
- Vibrant personality with a passion for hospitality and guest experience
- Experienced leader with excellent communication skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financials
- Experience in a new opening environment is desirable
Qualification:
- WSET Level 3 certification
About the Restaurant:
The Barbary Notting Hill will feature a 75 cover dining space, including a horseshoe kitchen counter and dedicated cocktail bar. The menu will offer an elevated dining experience inspired by elemental cooking.
