Job News:
Join Care UK, a multi-award-winning care provider, as a Team Leader Care on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You’ll be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that care plans are effectively managed, and working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise shifts.
Case manage residents, liaising with families and healthcare professionals.
Administer and record medication.
Carry out risk assessments.
Support residents in remaining active and independent.
Collaborate with leadership teams to develop services.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable).
Well-organised, IT literate, and skilled in delegating tasks.
Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
Understanding of care planning processes.
Experience in or willingness to train in administering medication.
