Job News: 

ALS Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated Retailer Technical Manager to lead the retailer food and near-food due diligence services within their Technical Services department. This position requires strong project management and client interaction skills to maintain high service standards and manage a committed team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team to deliver excellent service to key clients

Act as the primary contact for retailer clients, providing updates and support

Oversee retailer due diligence work within the department

Provide technical support to clients on queries and projects

Collate and report data regularly to clients

Requirements:

Degree in Food Sciences, Nutrition Sciences, or a related field

Strong organisational and project management skills

Understanding of regulatory requirements in the food and near-food industry

Leadership qualities with a hands-on approach

Strong communication skills and the ability to foster client relationships

Excellent computer literacy and attention to detail

Knowledge of the food industry and FMCG requirements
