Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety and enjoyment of all users of the Leisure Centre.
Manage various aspects of the daily activities of the Centre.
Requirements:
A National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification is desirable, but full training will be provided.
Must be able to gain acceptance and respect from clients and teams.
Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation.
Able to meet role demands, including working additional hours when required.
Ability to identify and meet customer requirements.
A team player with initiative to develop the role independently.
The position is subject to a DBS check.
