Oxa is enabling the transition to self-driving vehicles and is seeking a Program Manager to bridge the connection between customers and the commercial and product engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage program delivery across various customers, industries, and vehicle types
– Collaborate with solutions leaders to prepare and maintain roadmaps and resource plans
– Actively manage dependencies, risks, issues, and commitments
– Interface with B2B customers and their program management functions
– Prepare plans, roadmaps, and program management materials
– Identify and address program gaps proactively
Requirements:
– Experience in program management in a large-scale, complex domain
– Proven track record in managing complex software delivery work
– Ability to manage plans that change due to various initiatives
– Strong skills in balancing rigour and pragmatism
– Experience bridging program management within organisations and with third parties
– Experience in mobility, autonomy, or products with a hardware element is preferred
