Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain a prepared Montessori classroom that is child-centered, inspiring, and promotes independence.
- Observe and assess each childs progress to tailor learning experiences and adapt lessons to individual needs.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative classroom community that encourages curiosity and joy in learning.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and team members to build a strong and supportive educational environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Montessori teaching experience
- Montessori Certification (AMI, AMS, or MACTE accredited)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach to working in a diverse school setting
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural environment
