Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team. This role will focus on assisting with daily operations, administrative tasks, and team coordination to keep our marketing initiatives running smoothly. This position does not include direct sales responsibilities; rather, it is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a strong foundation in digital marketing and office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing and Campaign Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of social media and digital marketing campaigns; track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports for the team.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, document organization, report preparation, and meeting coordination to streamline day-to-day marketing activities.
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments to ensure tasks are clearly communicated and followed up.
  • Website and Content Support: Assist with basic website updates and help create and proofread content for marketing materials.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to the internal customer service team as needed to maintain positive client relationships.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Trends: Support the marketing team by staying informed about product details and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with social media platforms or tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
