Siwin Foods is currently seeking reliable, hard-working Maintenance Worker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and correct mechanical, electrical and process problems associated with production equipment to ensure proper operation.
- Diagnose electrical problems.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair electro-pneumatic and hydraulic devices.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance programs and keep up to date maintenance records.
- Ensuring compliance with company and regulatory food safety and quality standards.
- Weld stainless steel parts as needed.
- Problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to operate forklift
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving / troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiar with safety standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of GMP is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with mechanical equipment specifically production equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Available to work overtime, evenings, weekends if needed
