Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the safety of care home residents and staff
Maintain premises and grounds to a high standard
Perform regular maintenance checks and necessary repairs
Contact engineers or service agents when required
Conduct fire, basic electrical, and appliance checks
Report and promptly address any faults
Keep the grounds tidy
Carry out general redecoration work
Promote residents’ well-being
Contribute as a valuable team member
Requirements:
Experience in general maintenance work
Ability to perform fire, electrical, and repair checks
Strong attention to detail
A caring attitude towards residents and staff
