Job News:
Oxa is seeking a Lead Vehicle Commissioning Engineer to build and lead a team for autonomous vehicle commissioning. This role will involve ensuring vehicles are rigorously commissioned for internal and external customers, managing global logistics, and continuously improving the commissioning process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead vehicle commissioning phase for customer delivery
– Provide reporting and communication on vehicle commissioning status
– Plan and manage global logistics for vehicle commissioning, including hiring/contracting resources
– Work with internal teams to ensure vehicle readiness for customer operations
– Engage with teams across the business for collaboration and understanding
– Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
Requirements:
– Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or related field
– 5+ years of experience in robotics/AI deployment
– Flexibility to work at customer sites outside the UK
– Proven project leadership and delivery experience
– Effective technical communication and leadership skills
