Oxa is seeking a Lead Robotics Engineer for their On-Road Autonomy team. The role involves assessing software performance with autonomous vehicles, maintaining tooling, creating virtual testing scenarios, and driving strategic technical improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
– Own, maintain, and deliver the roadmaps for the initial Autonomy Concept
– Ensure roadmap alignment with business objectives and customer needs
– Lead cross-functional teams to operate, test, and debug autonomy systems end-to-end
– Assess software performance using cloud-based simulation tools
– Drive improvements to technical capabilities and product quality
– Manage team activities, reporting, and documentation
Requirements:
– Experience with autonomous vehicles, ADAS, or complex robotics systems
– Team management experience in product development or engineering services
– Cross-functional collaboration skills
– Strong analytical abilities in stakeholder communication, risk management, and decision-making
– Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical teams
– Experience taking a product to market
– PMP Certification
– MBA
