Pay Rate : $121,000 – $160,000 a year

Duration : Full-Time (covering maternity leave from August 2024 to October 2025)

Key Responsibilities:

– Change Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy for specific projects within the Advisory Division.

– Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and commitment to change efforts.

– Change Impact Assessment: Assess the impact of proposed changes on the organization, individuals, and processes; identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.

– Communication Planning: Develop a communication plan with clear and consistent messages about changes, their rationale, and expected benefits.

– Training and Development: Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver programs to equip employees with necessary skills and knowledge.

– Resistance Management: Identify and address sources of resistance to change effectively.

– Change Network Development: Establish a network of change champions within the organization to drive adoption of changes.

– Monitoring and Feedback: Continuously monitor progress, gather feedback, and adjust the change strategy as needed.

– Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change initiatives.

– Documentation: Maintain documentation of change management plans, progress reports, and lessons learned.

Requirements & Skills:

– Effective time management and organizational skills.

– Strong project management skills for coordinating business transformation projects.

– Strong business acumen and ability to develop comprehensive change plans.

– Ability to respond positively to pressure and adapt to dynamic work environments.

– Ability to work both individually and collaboratively within global teams.

– Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative.

– Strong writing, verbal communication, and active listening skills.

– Strategic skills including planning, anticipating problems, and change implementation.

– Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, output-driven, and accountable approach.
