Job Type: Permanent, Full time
Shifts Vary: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM | 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Wash Bay Staff including employee relations, WCB matters, and injury reports.
- Scheduling personnel shifts and coordinating equipment shunting.
- Ensuring timely and accurate washing and baking of trailers.
- Reassembling trailers and equipping them for the next load.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and Biosecurity Protocols.
- Collaborating and communicating with Dispatch and Maintenance.
- Scheduling and invoicing for washes, updating wash lists, reporting, and performing general maintenance.
Qualification:
- High school diploma preferred
- Class 5 Licence preferred
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Requirement:
- Wash Bay experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and self motivation
- Ability to work independently and be an effective team player
- English language is required
