Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high quality maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles within standard job times.
- Conduct MOTs according to DVSA guidelines, if applicable.
- Specialise in diagnostics, efficient root cause analysis, and repairs.
- Advise management if additional work is required and seek assistance for rectifying faults.
- Maintain high competence levels by participating in onsite training, attending supplier and manufacturer courses, and reviewing technical bulletins.
- Discuss vehicle issues with customers while maintaining professionalism and quality service.
- Uphold good housekeeping and health and safety practices.
- Complete vehicle condition report sheets and job cards.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Extensive motor trade experience and proficiency in diagnostic repairs.
- Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
Qualifications:
- Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent qualification.
- Master Technician qualification or MOT Testers qualification (desirable but not essential)
