Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver strategic and operational initiatives.
- Analyse and evaluate supply chain improvement opportunities.
- Support data integrity mapping for business acquisitions.
- Measure, analyse, and report Supply Chain Key Process Indicators (KPIs).
- Assist a team of Sourcing Specialists and ReBuyers with item, customer, supplier, and branch data analytics.
- Utilise Source Atlantic’s ERP system to identify team improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for data and numbers.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Initiative and ability to stay focused results in changing conditions.
- Ability to lead change, problem solve, negotiate, and work collaboratively.
- Strong analytical, written, and communication skills.
- Experience with queries, formulas, and macros is an asset.
