Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the availability and cleanliness of all equipment at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens or back halls.
- Deliver exceptional guest interactions, displaying pleasantness, friendliness, and politeness to all
- Handle proper cleaning, racking, and distribution of all china, glass, and silverware
- Adhere to required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Minimise breakage of circulating equipment
- Adhere to service standards and best practices consistently
- Demonstrate strong teamwork with other departments and colleagues
- Respond promptly to guest requests
Requirements:
- Capable of standing for extended periods
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Able to work in confined spaces with others
- Capable of routinely lifting and carrying 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Able to perform daily business tasks such as walking, sitting, standing, squatting, and reaching
- Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Capable of working efficiently in a high pressure environment while maintaining a calm and polite demeanour
- Must have clear vision
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence
