Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate care and medical records, including updating care plans.
- Support and promote residents’ independence, dignity, and respect.
- Liaise with health professionals and relatives to ensure the best care for each resident.
- Work flexible days and handle pressure in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilise computerised care delivery systems such as Person Centred Software.
- Demonstrate genuine care for people, enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 is preferred, or actively working towards this qualification.
- Previous experience as a Senior Carer is essential.
- Ability to work unsupervised with adults at risk (note: it is a criminal offence for barred individuals to apply for this role under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006).
