Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example as the team host, providing outstanding customer service and guiding customers to the right products
- Ensure store standards are maintained, including cash reconciliations, audit compliance, and stock management
- Work collaboratively with your team to uphold store pride and ensure a positive working environment
Requirements:
- Experience as a supervisor or duty manager in a fast paced retail environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on driving sales
- Curious, adaptable, and passionate about the retail industry
- Friendly, reliable, and hardworking
