Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the front of house team
- Delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experience
- Working closely with the management team and Head Chef to optimise service standards
- Supporting the General Manager with onboarding, training, and statutory compliance
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong background in beverage (WSET Level 2 desirable)
- Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
