Key Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for all nursing and personal care needs of the resident sisters during your shift.
- Plan, book, and follow up on medical appointments for the sisters.
- Supervise and allocate duties to Healthcare Assistants.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards.
- Implement and evaluate individualised care plans using the epicCare software.
- Reflect the charism and mission of the Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood in your practice.
Reporting to the Care Manager
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience: 4 years in nursing preferred
- Licence/Certification: Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland registration required
- Work authorization: Ireland required
