JOB NEWS
Key Responsibilities:
Administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Educating patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Accurately recording patient information, medical histories, and treatment plans in medical records.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment plans.
Responding to medical emergencies, providing first aid, and performing life-saving procedures as needed.
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited nursing program, such as a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Passing the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) to obtain a nursing license in the respective state or province.
Completion of clinical hours as part of the nursing program, providing hands-on patient care experience in various healthcare settings.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work effectively in a team and handle high-stress situations.
