Position: Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)

Pay: $55–$73 per hour

Qualifications:
Massage Therapist Certification (Required)
Massage therapy: 3 years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering professional massage services to clients, including prenatal, postnatal, Swedish, and deep tissue massage
- Managing spa bookings, confirming appointments, updating client preferences and treatment notes, and recommending retail products
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in massage rooms and common areas, ensuring equipment safety and functionality
- Actively promoting retail products and providing support to staff members as needed
- Proactively addressing any issues and contributing to problem solving efforts
- Participating in staff meetings and assisting with other spa duties as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience (luxury spa experience preferred but not required)
- Valid RMT certification
- Expertise in lymphatic massage (an asset)
- Additional wellness/healing modalities experience (an asset)
- Excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, oral)
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving skills, and client service orientation
