Key Responsibilities:
- Shovelling, lifting, carrying boards and debris, and maintaining site cleanliness while working outdoors.
- Rotating through various tasks within the manufacturing facility, ensuring accuracy and precision.
- Adhering to schedules to maintain production timelines.
- Analysing, troubleshooting, and communicating with team leads and maintenance to resolve issues.
- Contributing to a safe work environment for coworkers, customers, and visitors.
- As a Production Worker, you will collaborate with top professionals in the forest products industry. This full time role requires availability for night shifts.
Requirements:
- Safety Driven mindset.
- Ability to perform repetitive, manual tasks for extended periods, including standing, walking, shovelling, climbing stairs, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with machinery and equipment is an asset but not mandatory.
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
- High degree of urgency and attention to detail.
