Key Responsibilities:
- Stock Management: Maintain and replenish CocaCola products on racks, shelves, displays, and coolers. Transport products from storage to the front of the store using manual or powered equipment (pallet jack, hand truck).
- Display Management: Build, modify, or remove product displays according to company standards. Maintain product signage and ensure product spaces are clean.
- Backroom Management: Organise stock and materials in the backroom. Monitor and report inventory levels, handle damaged products, and complete required paperwork.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain professional relationships with store staff and customers, providing superior service.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50lbs (22kgs) above shoulder height.
- Frequent kneeling, squatting, and reaching above the head.
- Ability to push and pull equipment containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Preferred: Minimum one year of experience in grocery, retail, or warehousing.
- Preferred: Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
- Preferred: Experience working with minimal supervision.
- Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
- Must have current vehicle liability insurance.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record for the past three years.
