Job Type: Full time
Shift and Schedule: 12 hour shifts, 48 hours per week

- Weekly engagement with the Clinical Support Team specialising in Positive Behavioural Support
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person centred care for adults with forensic mental health backgrounds, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, and autism.
- Deliver outstanding care and support to service users in their homes.
- Engage in activities such as biking, fishing, swimming, and other physical activities with the individuals you support.
- Work both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Participate in risk management planning, care planning, and assessments.
Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with mental health issues, autism, challenging behaviours, and learning disabilities.
- Willingness to use restraint (training provided).
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Enthusiastic, resilient, energetic, and proactive.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
- Preparedness to work with individuals who present challenging or risky behaviours.
- Strong values and a person centred approach.
- Experience in forensic mental health, supported living, or residential settings.
- NVQ qualification in social care or Care Certificate (training provided).
- Knowledge or experience with diabetes (training provided).
- Valid driving licence.
- Live within a 30 minute commute/drive to Epsom.

Already live within the local area of Accordia Supported Living Service in Reigate Road, Epsom KT17.
Be in the United Kingdom on a Student Visa and have graduated.
