Position: Marina Dock Attendant

Salary: $15.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Dockmaster in ensuring adherence to marina policies and procedures.
- Train dockhands according to established standards.
- Help compile and execute worklists for the marina.
- Oversee completion of routine tasks by dockhands.
- Perform routine cleaning duties to maintain quality standards.
- Assist in securing boats to docks and monitoring utility services.
- Provide high level customer service, including transport of patrons and baggage.
- Operate motor and water vehicles and other equipment as needed.
- Support marina security efforts and report disturbances.
- Assist in refuelling operations and ensure safety procedures.
- Perform routine marina maintenance tasks.
- Complete any other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- 12 years of marina experience preferred.
- Basic literacy and communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is preferred.
- Detail Oriented and thorough.
- Ability to maintain guest privacy and interact in a friendly manner.
- Consistent work ethic and high standards.
- Broad knowledge of marina operations and equipment maintenance.
- Willingness to be trained in various areas related to marina operations.
- Familiarity with marina operational documentation.
- Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff.
- Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
- Proficient swimming ability.
- Full driving licence.
