Key Responsibilities
- Responding and finding a resolution for tickets in our IT Service Desk on time.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices.
- Processing the onboarding of new Tiqets employees.
- Diagnosing and resolving basic office network issues.
- Building and maintaining a robust IT Support documentation database.
- Building and maintaining a Self Service Portal for our users.
- Providing remote support to sites worldwide (but within regular Amsterdam working hours).
- Configure and maintain our Google Workspace and Entra ID environments.
- Assist with setup for webinars online and global meetings in the Amsterdam office.

Requirements
- They must be passionate about technology and problem-solving
- Excited to be part of a (sometimes) chaotic, busy, but fun work environment
- Likes being part of a small team to help it grow
- They should have experience with supporting Windows and Mac devices
- Experience with environments like Google Workspace or Entra ID (Not required but preferred)
- Experience troubleshooting basic client-side network issues (DHCP, DNS, Static IP)
- Ability to work independently when required, but also not afraid to ask questions when they must
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
- Available to work from our bright office in Amsterdam
- Fluent in English
- Living in the Netherlands
