JOB NEWS 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responding and finding a resolution for tickets in our IT Service Desk on time.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Mac devices.
  • Processing the onboarding of new Tiqets employees.
  • Diagnosing and resolving basic office network issues.
  • Building and maintaining a robust IT Support documentation database.
  • Building and maintaining a Self Service Portal for our users.
  • Providing remote support to sites worldwide (but within regular Amsterdam working hours).
  • Configure and maintain our Google Workspace and Entra ID environments.
  • Assist with setup for webinars online and global meetings in the Amsterdam office.
  • And much more!

Requirements 

  • They must be passionate about technology and problem-solving
  • Excited to be part of a (sometimes) chaotic, busy, but fun work environment
  • Likes being part of a small team to help it grow
  • They should have experience with supporting Windows and Mac devices
  • Experience with environments like Google Workspace or Entra ID (Not required but preferred)
  • Experience troubleshooting basic client-side network issues (DHCP, DNS, Static IP)
  • Ability to work independently when required, but also not afraid to ask questions when they must
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
  • Available to work from our bright office in Amsterdam
  • Fluent in English
  • Living in the Netherlands
