Wage: Starting hourly rate of $20.00.
Job Types: Full time, Parttime
Expected Hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
8 hour shifts
Day, night, and weekend shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of front desk operations, including guest interactions and communication between departments.
- Greet guests warmly and address their needs promptly and courteously.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Embrace and promote our company’s vision and service culture, fostering teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, self motivation, and strong work ethic in all tasks.
- Approach all guest and employee encounters with friendliness and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of service throughout daily tasks.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
- Complete checkin and checkout procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Attend meetings and contribute valuable input.
- Maintain cleanliness of office areas and adhere to safety protocols.
- Assist in training and supporting new front office personnel.
Qualifications:
- Genuine desire to meet the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to Relocate: Snowmass Village, CO: Relocation before starting work (Required)
