Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and lay various types of flooring including polysafe, floor tiles, Lino, Cap & Cove, and carpets.
- Perform carpentry tasks related to flooring.
- Trace, diagnose, and rectify faults efficiently.
- Program and maintain work within both domestic and commercial premises.
- Adhere to relevant Safety Regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience in the Building Construction and Maintenance Industry.
- Proven skills in floor laying and associated carpentry tasks.
- Full UK driving licence.
