Key Responsibilities:
- Clean all units as assigned, including patient rooms and public areas.
- Tasks include mopping, dusting, vacuuming furniture, floors, and stairways, buffing, scrubbing, and refinishing floors, moving and arranging furniture, and changing curtains and drapes.
- Ensure the integration of mission, vision, values, expected behaviours, leadership philosophy, organisational health, population health, ethics, safety, quality, partnerships, and interprofessional collaboration in the services provided.
Requirements:
- Commitment to promoting a culture of safety, ethical practices, and organisational health
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to travel to other sites (access to a reliable vehicle required)
- Experience operating equipment such as Taski spray buffers, burnishers, auto scrubbers, and shampooers
- Competencies in other languages an asset (French preferred)
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent work experience
