Position: Customer Assistant

Hourly Rate: €14.80
Employment Type: Fulltime

- Hourly rate starting at €14.80, rising to €16.90 after 3 years
- Additional supplements for unsocial hours, overtime, Sundays, and bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene
- Ensure quality and quantity of goods for customers
- Follow freshness and rotation guidelines
- Assist with bakery product preparation and display
- Manage waste properly
- Support stock count procedures
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to exceed customer expectations
- Reliability and responsibility
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Team player mentality
- Previous Store Assistant experience preferred but not required
