Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers at the counter in a friendly manner.
- Assist customers in locating products or processing payments.
- Answer customer questions and suggest complementary or alternative products.
- Professionally answer and redirect phone calls.
- Maintain a clean and organised counter to optimise customer experience and marketing.
- Provide support to warehouse or sales personnel as needed.
- Perform pricing maintenance in the ERP system.
- Keep updated with product lines and systems used.
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience in customer service or sales.
- Energetic and service oriented with problem solving skills.
- Efficient and organised, capable of physical work and customer interaction.
- Strong computer skills are essential.
