Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a broad range of customer service transactions.
- Provide information and advice on TD products, services, and solutions.
- Identify opportunities to promote TD products and services.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Refer customers to the appropriate team members or internal partners as necessary.
