Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to a high standard.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient knife skills.
- Capability to produce products following inhouse recipes.
- Assisting with general kitchen tasks as needed.
- Performing kitchen and service duties in accordance with business requirements.
- Ability to work independently on tasks.
- maintaining high quality standards.
- Keeping accurate food safety and operational records.
- Complying with Food Safety & Hygiene requirements/legislation.
- Complying with Health & Safety requirements/legislation.
