Requirements:
- Professional registration with the GPhC; *
- dispensing accuracy accreditation. West Midlands initiative or an equivalent program.
- Proof of Continuous Professional Development.
- National Framework Accredited Checking Technician or
- Level 3 Diploma in Principles and Practice for Pharmacy Technicians
- Pre-qualification work experience in pharmacy for a minimum of two years
- Presently employed as a Band 4 pharmacy technician or equivalent with post-qualification experience in an acute setting
- The capacity to exhibit the requisite level of knowledge and relevant practical experience for the position
- Significant experience in a pharmacy setting *
- Experience in organizing other grades of staff and their workload
- Significant experience in a hospital pharmacy setting *
- Understanding of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) *
