Position: Client Service Clerk

Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Answer inquiries and provide detailed information to customers
- Handle billing for services, refunds, and credits
- Explain service types and costs
- Issue receipts and other necessary forms
- Maintain accurate records and statistics
- Assess client feedback and complaints to provide meaningful information and services
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Perform general office duties
- Receive and log complaints
- Process credit and employment applications
- Receive payments and sell merchandise
Requirements:
- Own transportation required
- Fast Paced, physically demanding with tight deadlines, attention to detail, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks
- Criminal record check required
- Punctuality and reliability
- Strong client focus and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and organisational skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years in a similar role
