Position: Child Care Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for current and prospective families, providing comprehensive support and information about transportation, programs, and services.
- Collaborate with the administration team to ensure accurate reporting, billing, and registration of child care participants, and manage fee collection processes.
- Proactively engage with families via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to child care registration, billing, fee collection, financial assistance, and waitlist management.
- Oversee the daily scheduling of the transportation team in Prince George, ensuring accurate rosters and safe practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles with advanced business knowledge and specialised skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, coupled with excellent problem solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for accurate reporting, billing, and registration tasks.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and the ability to provide three satisfactory professional references.
