Key Responsibilities:
- As a Care Assistant, you will work alongside a dedicated team to support residents with their daily needs. By following resident care plans, you will ensure each resident receives person centred care, support, and interaction. You’ll play a key role in maintaining an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable, while always respecting the dignity and preferences of our residents.
Requirements:
- Compassion and a forward thinking attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- Desire to provide the highest standard of care and support to residents
- Previous care experience is not required as full training will be provided
