Responsibilities:
- Follow resident care plans to deliver personalised care and support
- Assist residents with daily needs, ensuring their dignity and preferences are respected
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents
- Work collaboratively with other Care Assistants and staff
Requirements:
- Compassionate and forward-thinking attitude
- Exceptional communication skills
- No specific care knowledge required; full training provided
- Genuine desire to provide the highest standard of care and support
