Position: Care Assistant

Pay: £12.65 per hour
Job Types: Permanent, Part time, Full time
Shift and Schedule: Weekend availability, Nights as needed

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with dressing and undressing for Day Care or outings
- Providing personal care such as washing, bathing, showering, shaving, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Caring for hair and nails (fingernails only)
- Managing toileting and personal hygiene
- Supporting continence management and care of pressure sores (under nursing supervision)
- Helping with mobility, including getting in and out of bed
- Using and assisting with rehabilitation aids as required
- Supporting rehabilitation programs prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Providing day, evening, or night sitting services as needed
- Assisting with prescribed medication and notifying the GP of any health changes
- Supporting clients in attending health appointments
- Preparing snacks and meals according to the service user’s preferences
- Assisting with feeding when necessary
- Performing general cleaning duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
- Managing laundry, ironing, and light needlework
- Shopping, preparing shopping lists, and assisting with budgeting
Requirements:
- Female applicants only, due to the package requirements
- Must be a driver with your own car
- Able to work every other weekend
- Must not require visa sponsorship
