Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI
- Perform business process modeling and analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems or enhancements to existing systems
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing to determine whether the work that has been developed meets the acceptance criteria Maintain Functional Specifications and related documentation Peer-review User Stories written by other team members
- Analyse whether new functionality will impact other parts of the business Define the acceptance criteria for each User Story
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide support during system implementation
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation tasks
- Experience with VBA for Excel automation is a plus
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of server infrastructure and database management systems
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
