Key Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to lead on an elevated classic cocktail programme and inspire, teach and train the front of house & bar team on exceptional drinks service. Our Bar Manager will lead on the creation of a cocktail menu that has its foundations in the classics whilst complementing our food menu with seasonal and sustainable considerations. You’ll be an established hospitality professional who has navigated their career development through established bars across the UK and beyond.
Potential Groupwide opportunities to develop the wider cocktail and spirits programme across Studio Paskin, (including The Palomar, The Barbary, The Barbary Next Door, The Blue Posts & Evelyn’s Table).
Requirements
- Highly trained with a strong understanding of the classics.
- Exceptional spirit knowledge and understanding of the London spirit & cocktail industry.
- A confident and vibrant personality who thrives in the buzz of service.
- Passionate about detailed hospitality, guest experience and dedicated to exceptionally high standards of service. The ideal candidate will inspire this commitment in others.
- A strong & experienced leader. Our Bar Manager will lead a team of 6 and must be a skilled trainer with a forward-thinking approach to management.
- Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financials, previous evidence of achieved targets and an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach to profitability.
- Experience of the pace and demands of a new opening is highly desirable.
- A strong background in wine and/or experience in coffee is preferred.
