Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to help educate customers about their risk management, banking & financial service options and put them on a path to meet their long-term goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each & every day.

Requirements:

  • Entry into the State Farm Agent Aspirant Program
  • Able to provide Visa Sponsorship
