Requirements:
- Proven Experience: minimum 10 years in the glazing industry
- Effective Communication: Clear communication skills for customer interactions and team collaboration
- Able to lead and manage others
- Comfort at Heights: Ability to work comfortably at heights
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License: Mobility to get to and from job sites
