Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of client eligibility and provide expert advice on immigration processes, requirements, and legal obligations.
- Prepare and submit accurate and complete immigration applications on behalf of clients, ensuring adherence to established timelines and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous records and case files, documenting all interactions, correspondence, and relevant updates pertaining to each case.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on case progress.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice and service provision.
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of permanent and temporary immigration applications including but not limited to ICT, LMIA, SOWP, Sponsorships, Express Entry, PNP etc.
- Familiarity with a wide range of immigration applications and processes.
- Excellent understanding of documentation requirements and eligibility criteria for different immigration categories.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of applications and supporting documents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively explain complex immigration concepts to clients.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent client service and maintaining the highest ethical standards.
- Fluency in additional languages is an asset.
