Pay Rate: $40-50/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Ongoing maintenance & repair of all types of Ag equipment, including combines, tractors, seeders, and sprayers, and other light & heavy vehicles
- Diagnose and inspect equipment for faults and malfunctions
- Repair and adjust equipment and replace defective parts
- Clean, lubricate and perform other maintenance work
- Perform updates and pre-season inspections
- Respond to in-field breakdowns (during work hours only)
- Assist in ordering parts
- Work with shop management to maintain schedules and priorities
- Suggest areas for additional training
- Maintain service vehicles and tools for cleanliness and proper operation
- Maintain inventory when necessary
- Perform shop clean up and any other required tasks
- Committed to work in a safe manner
Requirements:
- Safety and goal orientated
- Sound mechanical knowledge (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic)
- Strong diagnostics skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision or as part of a team
- Time-conscious and trustworthy
- Ability to pass a Drug/Alcohol Screen test
- Ability to do physically demanding work and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, with a tolerance for fumes and odours
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Integrates well into existing team atmosphere very important
