Since 2019, we have been the go-to destination for UK K-Beauty enthusiasts both online and offline, with 7,000+ 5-star Trustpilot reviews!As a E-Commerce Merchandiser at PURESEOUL, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful daily management of our D2C e-commerce platform and new and current third-party marketplaces. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, general strategies, and marketplace operations. Your attention to detail, organisation, and strong teamwork will contribute to optimising our online presence – plus, you’ll get to work closely with some iconic Korean brands!If you share our passion for K-Beauty and have prior experience/qualifications in logistics, E-commerce, or marketing, then this might be the perfect role for you. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketplace Management: Assist in listing, updating, and optimising listings on multiple e-commerce platforms, including product page content, pricing strategies, and keyword optimisation.
- Product Selection: Collaborate with the products team leader and the Purchasing team to curate a diverse and platform-specific assortment of products. Stay updated on platform trends and marketplace preferences
- Inventory and Order Management: Work with the purchasing and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels, manage order fulfilment, and optimise inventory turnover.
- Digital Merchandising: Work with the products team to regularly update online collection and landing pages.
- Description Adaptations: Work closely with the team leader to ensure all products, along with their description pages and marketing claims meet our standards and comply with the marketplace requirements.
- Sales Analysis: Analyse sales data and marketplace performance to identify trends, recommend strategies for improvement, and enhance our presence on all platforms.
- Cross-functional Promotion Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to plan promotions, marketing strategies, and cross-channel merchandising (such as new launches and seasonal campaigns)
- Customer Experience Optimisation: Continuously improve the online shopping experience for customers through enhancements, customer feedback analysis, and implementation of best practices.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong passion and existing knowledge of the Korean beauty industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a relevant role, such as e-commerce management, marketplace operations, or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms, marketplace tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
