We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Flatbed Dispatch Coordinator located in Edmonton, AB.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clear direction to Professional Drivers to ensure efficient load instructions execution
- Address service concerns with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Manage Driver concerns and provide appropriate responses
- Plan, book, and coordinate loads effectively
- Coordinate equipment maintenance in case of breakdowns
- Promoting and supporting all safety initiatives when performing roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of transportation experience preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to multitask and willingness to learn
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Hindi, Punjabi, and English
