Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Build relationships through repeat sales and account management.
- Handle transactional phone and email sales.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Process orders and invoices accurately.
- Assist with merchandising and inventory tagging.
- Support website updates and marketing projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interest in customer service, space planning, and design.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
