Job News: 

Oxa is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join their support team. This role involves delivering exceptional technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

– Provide technical support via email, phone, and other channels

– Qualify and prioritise incoming requests

– Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues

– Guide customers through resolution procedures

– Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues

– Document customer interactions and maintain FAQs

Requirements:

– Recent experience in technical support or customer service

– Familiarity with diagnosing complex systems (Grafana, Prometheus, Cloud Operations Suites)

– Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and CLIs

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills

– Customer-oriented attitude

Extra kudos if you have:

– Understanding of computer vision, mobile autonomy, or LiDAR data processing

– Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Robotics/Computer Science
